Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Privacy Code"), this statement describes how Influencerskings processes the personal data of users received through its website (www.influencerskings.com).
Data controller
Without prejudice to what is specified below, the owner of the processing of personal data is ZetaWorks s.r.l.s. with registered office in via Montenapoleone, 18, 20121 - Milan (MI), Italy.
Categories and nature of data processed
Influencerskings will process your personal data collected when you browse and use the Site, as well as when you register and submit purchase orders, through electronic and automated means (see also "Cookies" section below).
Purpose
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
a) performance of obligations strictly connected with and instrumental to the use of the Site, registration and access to the reserved areas of the same, the sending of purchase orders and the management of the contractual relationship;
(b) respond to specific requests from users;
(c) to comply with legal obligations;
d) carrying out statistics and measuring the level of customer satisfaction, as well as sending commercial communications and newsletters (by mail and telephone, e-mail and sms, also by automated means) to the contacts given when filling out the online registration form;
e) processing of information relating to the use of the Site (such as frequency of use, modalities, habits, interests, statistics, purchase orders, etc.) through the use of cookies (see "Influencerskings Cookies Policy" section below).
Where necessary, Influencerskings will obtain your specific consent to the relevant use of your data (e.g. for sending commercial communications).
Compulsory or optional nature of providing data and consequences of refusal to do so
With respect to the purposes referred to in points a), b) and c) above, the provision of your personal data to Influencerskings is mandatory, and its processing does not require your consent. Any refusal to provide data may make it impossible for Influencerskings to proceed with the contractual relationship and to process purchase orders. The provision of data relating to fields marked as non-compulsory in the registration forms is optional.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points d) and e) is optional, and refusal will have no consequences.
The content of the purchase agreement is stored by Influencerskings and can be sent by email together with the terms and conditions of sale. Details of the most recent orders are available in each customer's personal area.
Users are free to unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in each promotional email.
Processing methods
Personal data are processed by automated tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or to comply with any legal requirements. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access. The information collected is recorded in a secure environment.
Scope of data communication
Personal data will not be disclosed and may be communicated in Italy or in other EU countries within the scope of the above purposes, to third parties acting on behalf of or in the name of Influencerskings, such as persons in charge of taking care of the delivery of products, credit institutions, our legal and tax advisors, outsourcers, etc..
For the above-mentioned purposes, the data may come to the knowledge of staff in charge of Influencerskings or its data processors.
The data controller for Influencerskings is the Sales Director. An updated list of the data processors is available at the company headquarters.
With respect to the mailing service, you act as data controller and Influencerskings acts as data processor (in this case Influencerskings is therefore authorised by you to appoint its outsourcers as sub-processors for the purpose of performing the relevant services).
The transfer of data will take place in full compliance with the guarantees, measures and rights provided for by privacy legislation on the basis of the adoption of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Rights of the data subject
We would like to inform you that the Privacy Code gives you specific rights.
In particular, at any time, you may obtain a) confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to you exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form; b) information as to the source of the personal data, the purposes and methods of the processing and the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; c) the identification data concerning data controller and data processors, as well as the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data; d) the updating, rectification, integration of data, as well as the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; e) certification to the effect that the operations as per letter d) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, the interested party also has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, as well as the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending promotional communications or for other purposes for which he/she has given consent.
